Body Movement Psychotherapy
Body Movement Psychotherapy recognises that our bodies carry the stories of our lives—holding emotions and experiences that words alone may not fully express. This therapeutic approach offers a safe, supportive space to explore your inner world through movement, curiosity, and creative expression.
I offer one-to-one, body-oriented psychotherapy and couples therapy drawing on a range of therapeutic modalities rooted in a person-centred approach. My work is grounded in the belief that mind, body, and spirit are deeply interconnected, and that healing can emerge through creativity, embodied awareness, and compassionate relational support.
What I Offer
- One-to-One Body-Oriented Psychotherapy
A gentle, creative approach that invites movement and embodiment alongside talking therapy. - Couples Therapy
Specialised support for pregnancy loss and fertility journeys, and a wide range of relational challenges including communication, conflict, intimacy, and times of transition. - An Integrative, Person-Centred Approach
Sessions draw from a variety of therapeutic frameworks, always centred around your unique needs and experiences. - Relational and Creative Healing
Focusing on building a strong therapeutic relationship to support safety, trust, and deep exploration. - Flexible Therapy Options
Therapy can be short- or long-term, with weekly sessions recommended for continuity and depth. - Support with a Range of Experiences
Including trauma, anxiety, stress, loss (including baby loss), and a desire for greater self-awareness or emotional clarity. - A Safe, Confidential Space
Sessions are held with care and respect, offering space to slow down, connect inward, and move toward healing at your own pace.
I approach therapy with compassion, creativity, and a belief in the healing power of the body. My work integrates somatic resources, offering a holistic approach to well-being that fosters healing and resilience.
