A place where identity is uncovered and rediscovered and expressed through the freedom of the arts.
Moving Beyond Words offers a non-judgmental space to explore your journey and process, where body, soul and spirit can connect within a creative environment. We take a multi-sensory approach within the sessions giving time for reflection; reconnecting with self and others, dancing, moving, speaking and drawing.
